Returns and Refunds
We are a dropshipping store that relies on vendor-sourced products to stock our aisles, so returns or exchanges are impractical for our business for many items. If you find that your purchase is not up to par, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the issue with your product(s) (and a photo of the product defect, if possible) to be eligible for a full refund. The item will be yours to keep to use, donate, or dispose of as you see fit, with the following exceptions: for item descriptions marked with a white flag (🏳) or a white building (🏢), please return the item with the shipping label we will email to the email address you provided to you at no extra cost. These items are locally sourced and so MUST be returned to us in the same condition in which it was shipped before we issue a refund. Refunds are only issued within 30 days of purchase.
On-Time Delivery Guarantee
If you have not received your item(s) by the stated delivery time, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
